Governer Spencer Cox issued an executive order Wednesday establishing a coordinating council called BUILD (Blueprint for Utah’s Infrastructure, Land and Development. https://governor.utah.gov/wp-content/uploads/EO-BUILD-Coordinating-Council-05282025.pdf .  His Senior Advisor for Long Range Planning, Laura Hanson, will head it up, and will have a varied membership.  More to come on this.
