Exactly What About California Do We Not Want to Become? We continually hear the statement that “We don’t want to become California”. Growth appears to be inevitable. What did California do to accommodate growth that Utah does not need to do? What did California not do that we must? How can a “Utah Solution” alter the pattern of inevitable growth?
